Underground Culinary is held quietly — and the privacy of the people on the list is held the same way. This page is the short, honest version of how we handle what you give us on the waitlist.
When you join the Underground Culinary waitlist, we collect two fields, and two only:
That's it. We do not collect your phone number, your company, your location, your revenue range, or anything else. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or behavioral tracking on this page.
Waitlist signups are saved to a managed PostgreSQL database operated by Neon (the data store used by this site). Access is restricted to the application's running service account. Nothing is exported to a spreadsheet, a personal inbox, or a third-party tool.
Your name and email are used for occasional Underground Culinary launch updates only. When there's a popup worth announcing, a chef collaboration worth flagging, or an opening worth sharing, we'll email you. We do not send a newsletter. We do not run general marketing to this list. If we don't have something worth saying, we don't email.
We do not sell, rent, or share your name or email with any third party — not for marketing, not for partnerships, not for anything. The list is ours to hold, and we hold it.
You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist entry at any time. Email hello@undergroundhospitalityadvisors.com and we'll take care of it.
