A focused 4-week audit of your F&B operation — current-state map, prioritized recommendations, and a written deliverable you own.
Each week has a defined deliverable and a clear handoff — so you always know what's been learned, what's been decided, and where we go next.
Data request, P&L / PLU / item-mix review, on-site or virtual walkthrough of the operation.
SWOT analysis, performance bottlenecks, and untapped revenue mapped end-to-end.
Ranked by revenue impact × implementation effort, scoped into a 90-day action plan you can run.
Executive report, 90-day action plan, and a 1-year growth roadmap — yours to keep and execute against.
The Discover Assessment closes with a written deliverable you keep. Here are two examples of what that looks like for an Orlando operator.
Item-mix redesign, pricing review, and layout & merchandising changes — sequenced week-by-week so the kitchen and the front of house can run it together.
A point-of-sale, reservations, online ordering, loyalty, and back-of-house review — with a replace / keep / integrate verdict for every tool, and a phased migration path.
The four objections we hear most from operators considering the Discovery Assessment, answered straight.
No. The Discovery Assessment is designed to run on our side, not yours. Across the full 4 weeks, expect roughly 3–5 hours of operator time total: a 60–90 minute kickoff call, a single on-site or virtual walkthrough, and a 60-minute final read-out where we hand you the written deliverable. Your team stays on the floor; we pull the data, do the analysis, and package the findings.
$2,500 is a flat fee that covers the entire 4-week engagement end to end: the current-state audit, on-site or virtual walkthrough, SWOT analysis, the executive report, the 90-day action plan, and a 1-year growth roadmap. There are no hourly add-ons, no scope creep, and no surprise invoices. Unlike hourly consultants who bill for every email and follow-up call, our fee buys a defined deliverable — measurable, prioritized, and yours to keep.
A written deliverable you can run with your existing team, without retaining us. Specifically: a prioritized list of revenue-impact recommendations, a 90-day action plan sequenced week-by-week, and a 1-year growth roadmap. Every recommendation is sized by expected impact and implementation effort, so your team knows exactly what to tackle first and what to defer. You own the document; you decide how (or whether) to continue.
Generic consultants sell time. We sell deliverables. The Discovery Assessment is anchored to your P&L — every recommendation ties back to a line item with an estimated revenue or margin impact, not a vague best-practice list. Recommendations are prioritized by impact × implementation effort, so independent operators can act on them without a retained engagement. And the output is a written report you own, not a deck that disappears after the engagement ends.
Nothing is automatic. The Discovery Assessment has no auto-rollover and no contractual lock-in to a longer engagement. At the end of Week 4 we hand off the written deliverable, and from there the next step is entirely your call. Some clients retain us to implement the 90-day plan; others run it with their team and circle back months later. You're not committing to anything beyond the $2,500 assessment. For operators who want the 90-day plan executed instead of handed off, see our Implementation track.
